I am an Art Director & Graphic Designer with a degree in Communication and Graphic Design from SUNY Geneseo. I also studied Art Direction for five months at the Red and Yellow School in Cape Town, South Africa. Additionally, I have acquired several honors during my design studies. In January of 2008, I enjoyed "fifteen minutes of fame," brought on by an arrest (which has since been dropped) for selling hand-printed t-shirts in New York City.
Many different aspects of life, particularly the manner in which we communicate and express ourselves, intrigue me. To be specific, I am fascinated by the creativity, innovation, and thought-provoking ability present in graphic design and creative advertising. Being somewhat of a culture junkie, I also am interested in the areas of sociology, the media, street art, and documentary films. I see these cultural facets as an extension of human expression.
I’d eventually like to work as an art director / graphic designer in an agency where I can mindfully contribute creative and technical skills in an energetic environment while continually learning. The main role of this website is to strengthen my candidacy in attaining a full-time position in such a setting.
